• Transitions the City’ GIS environment from ArcGIS Online to ArcGIS Enterprise
• Responsible for supporting GIS integration into the City’s Tyler Technologies enterprise resource planning software (ERP).
• Resolve addressing issues with assistance of addressing coordinator.
• Continue to perform same duties as GIS Analyst (listed below) 

• Provide GIS services for all departments citywide.
• Create and support web application on ArcGIS Online for city users and the public to access GIS data.
• Carry out projects under the supervision of the City’s GIS Manager.
• Create hardcopy maps as well as digital web maps and applications on ArcGIS Online for internal and public usage.
• Edit and update the City’s GIS datasets (such as the utility networks, zoning, and land records) datasets using information from engineering drawings, Computed Aided Design files, and legal descriptions.
• Design and maintain file and enterprise geodatabases, feature classes, and ArcGIS Server services (including map, feature, image, and geocoding services) according to Esri’s established best practices.
• Create and maintain FGDC compliant metadata.
• Use ArcGIS Online applications such as Collector for ArcGIS and Survey123 to create and carry out field data collection projects using Trimble high accuracy GPS receivers.
• Use Python and Windows Task Scheduler to automate routine workflows such as regular data updates and database compression.
• Obtain and interpret nadir and oblique high resolution aerial imagery.
• Supervise the GIS department’s summer high school interns each year.

• Used ArcGIS Desktop 10.1 to create maps for a series of reports analyzing obstacles facing Pittsburgh’s workforce in the East End.
• Performed complex spatial analyses and generated statistical reports on public transit accessibility, community business density, and distribution of job openings.
